Five Morning Habits to Start The Day

Usually our morning routine is the same, so sometimes we can do some changes in our habits in order to have more comfortable day that follows. Try some of these unusual habits:

1.Massage your ears

Massage your ears while you are still in bed in order to wake up easily. It will will give you more energy for the rest of the day.

2.Drink a glass of warm water with lemon

Replace the morning coffee with a glass of warm water and lemon. It will give you better functioning of the kidneys and your digestive system. It is best to wait 2- 30 minutes after you drink it, and then have your breakfast. It is also beneficial for strengthening the immune system.

3.Clean your tongue

All of us know the importance of brushing our teeth twice a day. However we should also brush our tongue because there are many bacteria there which can cause us bad breathe.

4.Eat honey

Take one teaspoon of honey in the morning at least 15 minutes before the breakfast.It will give you energy and stimulate your memory. You will be fresh and productive the whole day.

5.Clean your mouth with hydrogen peroxide

Mix 5-7 drops of 3% solution with 50ml of water and wash your mouth in the morning.
