Things that you will need:
-2 tsp turmeric
-1 small piece of ginger root
-1.5l of water
-400 g/4 cups of sugar (brown preferred)
-400 g/12 cloves of garlic (peeled and cut into 4 parts)
Pour the water in a pan and turn the heat on. First, add the sugar, and then when it starts boiling include the garlic, ginger and turmeric. Let it boil and then remove it from the heat in order to cool down. Store it in the fridge.
You should consume this drink every morning before your breakfast for a period of 10 days. For a bigger problem, drink it twice, in the morning and evening. However, be careful, if you are intolerant to some of the ingredients then do not consume this drink!
