Below you will read a diet plan for a period of 7 days that is very efficient in the fight for losing weight. This diet includes a soup that you should consume once a day. It is forbidden to consume alcohol, bread and carbonated drinks.
If you follow this diet for one week you will lose up to 10 pounds.
The ingredient you need:
- 3 onions, chopped
- 5 carrots, chopped
- 1 large head cabbage, chopped
- 2 (16 ounces) cans whole peeled tomatoes, with liquid
- 1 (1 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1 (15 ounces) can cut green beans, drained
- 2 green bell peppers, diced
- 2 quarts tomato juice
- 10 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 (14 ounces) can beef broth
Take one large pot and put inside the carrots, tomatoes, onions, green beans, cabbage, celery and peppers. Then include onion soup mix, beef broth and tomato juice, and at the end water in order to cover the vegetables. You need to simmer until the vegetables get soft. You can keep the soup in the fridge for several days.

During this day you can eat every fruit you want, except for bananas and soup for the whole day. You can drink only tea without sugar, water or cranberry juice.
You are not allowed to eat fruit, instead consume vegetables by your choice, either raw, cooked or baked and the soup as well. Eat more green leafy vegetables and for dinner consume one big baked potato with butter.
A combination of day 1 and 2 and the soup, eat every fruit and vegetables, but no baked potatoes.
The soup, bananas and skim milk. You can consume maximum 8 bananas and the milk is not limited.
Chicken or beef and tomatoes. You can eat 10-20 ounces of beef and max 6 fresh tomatoes and the soup of course. You need to drink a lot of water this day. You can also eat chicken or fish instead of the beef, but not mix them.
Beef and vegetables. Eat your soup along with some beef, or chicken if you like and leafy green vegetables. You can have 2-3 steaks if you prefer.
Brown rice, vegetables and unsweetened fruit juices and the soup as well.
If you cannot stick to the straight version you can use spices, like salt, pepper and herbs during the whole diet.
