Tiredness or fatigue implies a feeling shortage of energy or motivation. The cause may be mental or physical, for example, infection, sleeping disorder, allergies. If you are feeling constantly tired, you should have a general medical examination.

Stir a glass of sea salt with a glass of baking soda in a small container with a secure cover.
