This diet is based on a cucumber salad that you can eat whenever you want in unlimited quantities. This diet lasts for 10 days and it is especially good for people who are too lazy to think what to eat while they are on a diet.
It can also last for 14 days and depending on the level of physical activity, you can lose up to 15 pounds.
There are only a few types of foods that you can consume during this diet, including lettuce which is rich in nutrients.
You can also consume:
– 2 large boiled potatoes (cooked, baked but not fried!) or 3 slices of whole-wheat bread
– 2 boiled eggs or 0,4 pounds of grilled white meat, or tuna (drained of oil).
– 1 pound of fresh locally grown fruit.
Drinks that are allowed in this diet include plain water, tea and even coffee, but without sugar. Alcohol, fizzy drinks and sweets are forbidden!
Together with your meals or between them you can consume unlimited amounts of cucumber salad or cucumber shake. You can consume cucumber salad or shake whenever you feel hungry.
Breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs and a bowl of cucumber salad;
Snack: one large apple or peach or 5 plums, or other seasonal fruit with a total weight of up to 0,5 pounds;
Lunch: toasted wholemeal bread and a bowl of cucumber salad;
Snack: cucumber shake
Dinner: fruit by choice (up to 0,7 pounds)
And here’s how to make the salad:
• about 0,9 pounds of cucumber
• 0,8 cup sour cream or kefir
• salt and, if desired, young garlic
First, you need to peel the cucumber and cut it into small pieces. Add salt by desire and pour the sour cream, or kefir. Mix well and add chopped garlic by desire. Consume it fresh.
This diet is very easy and simple but you should still be careful about the type and amount of food you consume.
