This diet known as cardiac diet plan is given to people who are facing with some heart problems and need to lose weight quickly in order to have a surgery. For a period of 3 days, with this diet, you are going to lose 6-10 Ibs.

However, it is really important to follow the instructions; you are not allowed to make your own changes to the quantity or the type of food that is listed for consummation.

Dinner
