The first thing to do is to grate the ginger, then include the apple cider vinegar. Add this mixture in one glass jar that has a lid to be closed. Leave it like this for 10 days on a room temperature. It is important to shake the jar from time to time.
The usage comes in 2 phases. The first one is to inhale from the mixture, by holding a towel and leaning over the bowl with the mixture. The second one is soaking a handkerchief in it and then applying it to your neck during the night.
